I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, a certified Yoga instructor with additional credentials in weight management and elite performance training.

My personalized programs include strength, flexibility, balance and stability exercises that are tailored to move you from where you are to where you want to be.
